MERRY CHRISTMAS!

For many people, "Family" is an intrinsic part of their Christmas traditions and celebration. Every family has customs and practices that are uniquely meaningful to them, and undoubtedly there's a wide variation even among the hundreds of people who read this newsletter. Certain of our traditions, for example, seem "normal" to our children who grew up in a Christmas-tree-grower household, but would seem out of place in many of your homes. For instance, we usually choose our Christmas tree in August! That being said, we have been fortunate to have, and have tried not to take for granted, the faithfulness of our children, and more recently their respective spouses during the often hectic times during November and December. Their help is invaluable, and we appreciate their sacrifices. A number of you enjoy greeting Jeff and Becky on Saturdays, or ask about them when you come, and we enjoy hearing from many of you about your "youngsters" who helped you choose a tree when they were younger, and now are grown and on their own. One question we get from time to time is, "Any grandchildren yet?" So that you can all get the news at the same time, we'll tell you now that Jeff and Krista expect their first child in March. This probably puts us automatically into an "older" category, but we're sure we won't mind. No matter what traditions your family enjoys, we encourage you to keep the Christ Child as the focus of this holy day. We look forward to greeting you again, hoping that our efforts to provide the best quality trees, wreaths, other products, and great customer service will start you on the way to a Merry Christmas. May the joy and peace of our Savior Jesus permeate your Christmas season and your life year ‘round, as we remember,

"He is the reason for the season."

Ps-sssst, it's a secret. If you tell the cashier the "secret word" (really a phrase—"Peace on Earth", the message of the very first Christmas) you will receive a gift—your choice of the free handful of greens or a "Merry Christmas" button as pictured on the other side of this page.

Listen to the music ?

This year we again are a sponsor on The Word FM (88.9) where you can tune in for contemporary Christian music and Christian programming.

Fresh made wreaths and greenery

We make our own wreaths, 14"-60" in diameter, using fresh greens that we grow. Door and window sprays, grave blankets, and centerpieces are available too. If you don't see what you want, just ask. Our wreathmakers will use a selection of ribbons and ornaments to design a wreath to suit your personal style.
