GIVE A GIFT OF GOOD TASTE

If you're giving to someone who doesn't have room for more "stuff", or you don't want to guess wrong on size or color, consider these "tasteful" suggestions (you may "have to" get some for yourself too!):

Tastefully Simple® offers a selection of delicious and convenient foods that can be enjoyed with a minimum of preparation. Some of the products we'll have include two different cheese dip mixes, cranberry-pecan bread mix, caramel cream latte mix, an apple cake mix, spinach herb mix, potato and cheddar soup mix, and pumpkin bread mix. Pick up a few to make your own entertaining easier, and a few more as gifts that are easy to wrap and sure to please.

Bauman's fruit butters continue to be a favorite, good to have on hand as a hostess gift, a gift for the teacher, or when you need a last-minute "little-something". Make up your own gift pack of 4 or 6; we have boxes designed just for them. These spreads, from the always-popular apple butter to strawberry, pumpkin, and cranberry-apple, are made by a family-owned company right here in Montgomery County. Your favorite fruit butter is a great topping for any bread made from one of the Tastefully Simple® mixes.

OUR WINNERS

Each year we ask you to fill out the coupon to enter the drawing for a free tree or wreath for the coming year. This year Becky Braster of Hatfield and Debbie Carroll of Ambler will receive a free tree and Paul DeLong of West Point and Art Morse of Lansdale will receive a free wreath.

OUR GIFT TO YOU

You may remember that our "secret word" last year was "Merry Christmas". (This year's phrase can be found elsewhere in the newsletter.) In keeping with that thought, we were happy to learn of a company that produces a bright red and white button that reads, "YES. . . you may wish me a Merry Christmas!" We were so sure a number of you would want one that we're offering you a choice of the free handful of greens OR the button when you mention this year's "secret word" to the cashier with your purchase. Extra buttons or handfuls of greens are available for $1.75 each.

How can we help you?

We try to make it easy for you to enjoy a real Christmas tree as part of your celebration by shaking the tree to remove leaves, old needles, or bird nests; drilling the tree to accommodate a pin-type tree stand such as Stand-Strait®, wrapping it in net baling for easier handling, and helping you get it to your vehicle—all at no extra charge. We now are able to offer delivery and set-up (installing the tree in the stand). Please inquire about rates for this service. If you would like to have one of our hand-crafted wreaths shipped to someone, we can take care of that, too. Please bring the name, address, and phone number of the person who is to receive the wreath and we'll take it from there.
